Vertimec® “Best way to Eliminate Plant Mites” 250ml

Vertimic “best way to eliminate plant mites” is an acaricide & insecticide acts on pests mainly by ingestion, it is used successfully to control many pests on vegetables, fruit trees, citrus trees, palm trees etc. It acts by blocking transmission of signals between nerve cells or between nerve and muscle cells. Shortly after ingestion the susceptible mites and insects become irreversibly paralyzed and die with in 3 to 4 days. Vertimec has a high persistence in pest control and does not affect beneficial insects entering treated cultures after spray has dried.

Composition

 Abamectin 1.8%, Inert Ingredient 98.2% Abamectin is a broad spectrum systemic insecticide, attacks the nervous system of insects and mites and causing paralysis within hours. It is used against pests with natural protection as it has contact as well as systemic properties.

Application Rate

For trees 60-70ml per 100 Ltr or 6-7ml per 1 Ltr of water and for small plants or herbs 2-3ml per 1 Ltr of water For the control of leaf miners, apply the product at the beginning of the time of sprouting, when sprouts are 3 to 5 cm in length. For control of mites, apply the product at the beginning of the attack, using the volume of water needed for the full coverage of the foliage.

Target Pests

Vertimec gives best result against the following insects Leaf miner, Borad mite, Two-spotted mite, Red spider mite, Rust mite, Yellow mite, Citrus rust mite and Citrus bud mites and it dose not affect any beneficial insects
