Care Instructions

Sunlight Requirements:
Yucca Aloifolia, also known as the Spanish Bayonet, thrives in full sun and requires at least six hours of direct sunlight each day to maintain its robust growth and vibrant foliage. This hardy plant can also tolerate partial shade, but for optimal growth and to prevent legginess, it should be placed in a sunny location, such as a south or west-facing window if grown indoors.

Water Requirements:
Yucca Aloifolia is drought-tolerant and prefers infrequent but deep watering. Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings to prevent root rot. In the growing season (spring and summer), water thoroughly every two to three weeks. During the dormant winter months, reduce watering to once a month or even less, depending on the indoor humidity and temperature.

Difficulty Level:
Easy to moderate.

Pet Friendliness:
Yucca Aloifolia is not pet-friendly and can be toxic if ingested by cats or dogs.
