Nephrolepis exaltata Green Lady, known as Boston Fern or Sword Fern. Wonderful indoor plant and easy to care. Nephrolepis exaltata is one of the excellent indoor plant for absorbing toxins and producing oxygen. Perfect for the office environment where it helps to absorb radioactivity and static energy created by digital equipment and computers. Likes a shady position indoors. This plant will trap significant levels of potentially damaging toxic particles from its surroundings.It also gives out oxygen. The Sword fern also helps to humidify a room so the indoor climate is improved. Easy to care for, just water regularly and feed during the growing season (March to September). Considered to be non-toxic to pets.

Care
- Water when the top layer of soil is 1-2 inches dry. Touch soil with fingers to check if soil is dry.
- Always give room temperate water.
- Yellow leaves are indication of under watering and Brown edges of a green leaf indicate overwatering.
- Be mindful of fluoride levels in water. Use distilled water is possible.

Temperature: Average house temperatures above 18°C. Needs a minimum of 10°C in winter.
Humidity: Can tolerate some dry indoor air, but does better with a little extra humidity and likes occasional misting with lukewarm water. Brown leaf tips are an indication that the plant is not getting enough humidity.
